Grand Tetons NP

Grand Tetons National Park lies a few miles south of Yellowstone. After a longer than expected drive up from Salt Lake we arrived there just around sunset. The visitor center was already closed and on the window of the campground entry booth there was a little note advising people to select a place on there own. Payment can be made the next day.

There was just enough time left to read the bear handling instructions before it went dark. So we are now not leaving any food outside, put the trash into our car and when we have to go to the toilet at night we do this singing loudly and constantly waving our arms.

Unfortunately, todays picture went into the gray limbo ... see the entry for the 13th. So what you are seeing is a preview on Yellowstone.
