Another Scenic day today ... 250 miles later we have arrived at Torreys Chuckwagon Lodge (to be highly recommended). We saw a very tasty mountain today ... but then again, maybe I was just to hungry :) ...

On another note, we saw a large sample of the local wildlife today. Unfortunately most of it was in very bad shape, rather flat, bloody and on the road ... This brings up an interesting question. Why are there so many road kills on the road south of Moab ... while there were much fewer on all the other roads we have traveled since we started our trip. a) The animals are less educated about the dangers of the road. b) There are more animals out and about at night. c) Animals get drunk when eating a special local plant and therefore don't see the cars anymore. All these Questions ...
